1. Working Environment
The working environment is professional and disciplined. Members of FCJ are very friendly and open-minded, always willing to help each other when difficulties arise, even outside working hours. The workspace is neat and comfortable, which enhances focus and discipline in both work and learning.
2. Support from Mentor / Team Admin
The mentor provides guidance and explains in detail the issues I do not understand, and always encourages me to ask questions. The team admin actively supports activities, procedures, research materials, and creates favorable working conditions. I especially appreciate that my mentor encourages me to self-learn, experiment, and solve problems instead of simply giving answers.
3. Relevance of Work to Academic Major
The tasks assigned to me allow me to explore new areas that I had not been exposed to before, while still aligning with the knowledge I learned at school. This helps me both reinforce my foundational knowledge and gain practical skills. However, due to the limited number of team members required to cover all project roles, I feel that I have been able to fully apply my field of study.
4. Learning & Skill Development Opportunities
During the internship, I acquired many new skills such as using project management tools, deploying projects on cloud services, teamwork, and professional communication in a corporate environment. My mentor also shared valuable real-world experiences that helped me better shape my career direction. Participating in events also provided me with new knowledge and ideas to improve the project.
5. Company Culture & Team Spirit
The company culture is very positive: everyone is respectful, works seriously yet maintains a friendly and supportive atmosphere. When the project faces difficulties, everyone works together and supports each other regardless of position. This makes me feel like a true part of the team, even as an intern.

To increase engagement and effectiveness of the training program within a short period, I suggest adjusting the learning approach using a hybrid model:
Video System: Focus on mindset, core theories, and practical orientation.
Labs: Serve as detailed reference materials with step-by-step hands-on practice.
Internal Sharing Sessions: Focus on consolidating knowledge, analyzing case studies, and addressing issues encountered during lab work.
Although the materials already provide sufficient knowledge, organizing live discussion sessions would help connect individual labs into a comprehensive big picture, avoid “information overload”, and make it easier to grasp the company’s services in a more practical and efficient way within a short time.
